摘　　要：测试了HTM2012甲基锡热稳定剂在PVC-U型材中的静态热稳定性和流变性能。结果表明:与4种同类产品相比,使用HTM2012的PVC-U片具有较优的初期着色性能和优越的加工流变性能。PVC-U型材制品检测报告显示,使用HTM2012的PVC-U型材产品完全满足我国国家标准,并通过美国AAMA认证,HTM2012具有很好的社会效益和市场前景。The static heat stabilization and the rheological behavior of heat stabilizer HTM 2012 in PVC- U profiled materials were determined. The results showed that compared with 4 kinds of similar heat stabilizeries, the PVC - U pieces containing stabilizer HTM 2012 had better initial colouring property and excellent processing rheological property. The test reports showed that PVC- U profiled materials using HTM 2012 met the national standard in China fully and passed American AAMA certificate. It is concluded that the HTM 2012 will bring good social effect and have bright market prospects.
