摘 要:目的制备辛芷口腔黏附片,并评价其体外性能。方法利用生物黏附技术,以卡波姆(CP)、羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)为黏附材料制备不同处方配比的辛芷口腔黏附片,测定其黏附力、黏附时间、溶胀百分率和体外溶出度。结果CP∶HPMC质量比为1∶2、处方含药量在25%左右是较适宜处方,体外黏附力(203.7±6.4)g.cm-2,黏附时间2.6 h,溶胀百分率(1.8±0.1)%^(9.2±1.2)%,体外溶出度:T50为(283±5.60)min,Td为(364±2.54)min。结论本制备工艺可行,黏附力和黏附时间适宜,同时不影响药用成分的释放。Objective To prepare Xinzhi buccal adhesive tablets and to evaluate its performance in vitro. Methods Using biological adhesion, Xiuzhi buccal adhesive tablets of different blending ratios were prepared with CP and HPMC as adhesive material, and the adhesive force, adhesion time, swelling percentage and dissolution in vitro were determined. Results The blending ratio of CP/HPMC at 1 : 2 and the content of traditional Chinese medicine at some 25% were the optimal formulation,the adhesion force: (203.7±6.4) g/cm^2; adhesion time: 2.6 h; swelling percentage: (1.8±0. 1)% -(9.2±1.2)%; dissolution in vitro : T50 = ( 283 ± 5.60 ) min, and Td = ( 364 ± 2.54 ) min. Conclusion The preparation process was applicable with optimal adhesive force, adhesive time, and satisfying dissolution in vitro.
