摘 要:对磨损的衬板表面使用模具冷敷合金涂层,并在合金涂层上涂刷保护涂料,根据平面感应器加热原理以及已知基体材料的物理性能,选择感应功率、频率,设计加载导磁体的单回线感应器、工作台移动速度和感应间隙,以实现涂层均匀熔化,达到修复被磨损表面的目的。结果表明,利用感应熔涂技术修复磨损衬板,熔结效率高,涂层冶金结合好,能明显增加衬板表面的耐磨性。The alloy coating is coldly compressed on the surface of worn liner by mould, and then the protective coating is pasted on its surface. In order to have the coating evenly alloyed and repair the worn liner, choose the induction frequency and power and design single loop-line inductor to load magnetizer, the workbench moving speed and the induction clearance, according to the principle of the induction heating and the physical properties of the known substrate. The results indicate that the induction cladding has the high alloying efficiency and the better metallurgical associativity, and the wearing resistance of liner surface is improved greatly.
