摘 要:给料和产品粒度、啮角及最大啮角等是振动辊式破碎机腔型设计的几个主要影响因素。本文通过实验研究了料层厚度与破碎比的关系,综合给料和产品粒度的要求,按照变啮角设计原则,对振动辊式破碎机的合理破碎腔型进行了设计。采用此破碎腔型,可通过各个断面啮角变化来保证生产率和破碎比,并且其破碎性能和破碎产能显著提高。Graininess of feeding and production, nip angle and large nip angle are the leading influence factors for the design of the chamber profile in the vibrating roller crusher. The crushing test indicates the relationship between the feeding thickness and the crushing proportion. Meanwhile, based on the demands of feeding and product graininess, the chamber profile in the vibrating roller crusher is optimized according to the design principle of the variable nip angle. So, by the new chamber, the variations of nip angles in every section of the chamber would guarantee its productivity and crushing proportion, and it can make the crushing performance and the capacity evidently improved.
