摘　　要：政党价值观是一个内涵相当丰富的概念和范畴。从本质上看,它是对政党"是什么"、"干什么"以及"为什么"等基本问题的回答,是这些基本问题的根本态度。从构成要素看,是由政党的价值理想、政党的价值规范和政党的价值尺度等构成的一个完备的价值观念体系。相对于其它主体的价值观来说,政党价值观具有相对稳定性、强烈政治性、强大凝聚力和巨大影响力等特征。The value of political parties is a category of rich connotations. Basically, it should offer the answers to such questions as ＂what is a party like？＂, ＂what does a party do？＂ and ＂who does a party serve？＂ In terms of its constituent elements, it is a self-contained system of values, involving the political ideals, norms and criteria of a party. Compared with other values, the value of political parties is relatively stable, distincdy political, agglomerate and overwhelmingly influential.
