红花对大鼠妊娠和胚胎发育的毒性和影响

摘　　要：用含生药０．２４、０．４８和０．９６ｇ／ｋｇ的红花煎剂给妊娠大鼠灌胃，观察其对大鼠妊娠和胚胎发育的影响。结果表明：红花煎剂对母体及其胚胎均有明显的毒性，可导致母体流产、体重降低、肾重指数升高，胚胎死亡率和宫内生长迟缓（ＩＵＧＲ）发生率上升。提示红花有终止早期妊娠和对胚胎有致死、致ＩＵＧＲ等毒性，并与剂量密切相关。Decoction of Flos Carthami with 3 different doses were per OS administrated to pregnant rats to observe their toxicity and effect on rat pregnancy and embryonic development.The results showed:Flos Carthami had evident toxicity on rat mother's body and embryos.It could induce abortion,reduction of weight of the mother's body,increase of index of kidney;and could induce death and intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) of embryos.These results suggested:Flos Carthami has action of termination of early pregnancy and embryotoxicity including deathcausing,IUGRcausing,and closely relates to dose.
