小叶女贞化学成分研究

摘　　要：从小叶女贞（ＬｉｇｕｓｔｒｕｍｑｕｉｈｏｎｉＣａｒ．）枝叶中分离到六种化合物，经波谱分析及理化常数的对照，鉴定出其中的四种，它们是：β－谷甾醇（β－Ｓｉｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ，Ⅰ），齐墩果酸（Ｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，Ⅳ），熊果酸（Ｕｒｓｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，Ⅴ）及甘露醇（Ｍａｎｎｉｔｏｌ，Ⅵ）。这些化合物均首次从此植物中分离到。Six crystalline compounds were isolated from the branches and leaves of Ligustrum quihoi Carr , four of them were identified as β sitosterol (Ⅰ),oleanolic acid (Ⅳ),ursolic acid (Ⅴ) and mannitol (Ⅵ) by means of spectral and chemical physical analysis These is the first report of the isolation of these four compounds from Ligustrum quihoni Carr
