摘 要:梯形轨枕设计有横向预应力,采用PC钢棒作为预应力筋,但国内没有相应的工装设备。为满足工期要求、节省生产成本,自行研制开发了梯形轨枕横向预应力张拉装置,它主要由穿心式千斤顶、拉杆、联接螺母、套筒、夹片式锚具和支撑小凳等六部分组成。介绍了工装设备的结构、工作原理与工作步骤。施工实践证明,利用此装置可以满足梯形轨枕横向张拉的工艺要求,安全可靠,操作简单方便,经济效益明显,为推广轨枕横向预应力施工技术创造了条件。The design of trapezoidal sleepers has to take into account the lateral pre-stress, with PC steel bars used as reinforcement, for which, however, there is no corresponding engineering equipment at present. To meet the requirements of the construction duration limits, and to save production costs, the engineering equipment for the lateral pre-stressing of the trapezoidal sleeper is developed on our own. It is chiefly made up of six parts: shackle jacks, tension rods, connective nuts, scopes, clamping piece-type an- choring tools, and supporting stools. The structure, work principle, and processes of the engineering equipment are introduced in the paper. It is proved in construction practice that, being safe and reliable, simple and easy in use, and obvious in economic effects, the engineering equipment can meet the technical requirements of laterally pre-stressing the trapezoidal sleeper,and help facilitate the popularisation of the lateral pre-stressing techniques for the trapezoidal sleeper.
