三种贝类多糖MPa.MPc和MPf药理作用的初步研究

摘　　要：研究ＭＰａ．ＭＰｃ和ＭＰｆ，对病理造型的小白鼠，离体蛙心灌流和体外培养的肿瘤细胞及滋养层上皮细胞的作用．证实三种贝类多糖：（１）能显著降低实验性小鼠血清胆固醇含量（Ｐ＜０．０１）；（２）具有增强蛙心心肌收缩力的作用，而对收缩频率无影响；（３）明显抑制肺腺癌（ＧＬＣ）和胃癌细胞（ＳＪＣ）的生长，对正常的滋养层上皮细胞无影响．The medicinal effects three mollusks polysaccharides named MPa,MPc and MPf were studies.It was found that:1)the mollusks polysaccharides could significantly (P<0.01)decrease the cholesterol in concentration in the serum of mice model which had been formed hyper cholesterol; 2)the polysaccharides could promote the frogsystolestrength, but no effect on the systolic rate;3)they could obviously inhibit the growth of human GCL and SJC in vitro while had no influence on the normal trophoblast.cells.
