摘　　要：目的初步建立长沙市健康及亚健康成人血脂生物参考区间。方法采用Roche Modular PPI全自动生化分析仪对长沙市3183例健康及亚健康成人的血清样本进行血脂(TG、TC及HDL)检测,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果TC与HDL的参考区间与目前使用的参考区间大致相同,但TG上限值明显增高;健康男性TG总体水平明显低于亚健康男性,而HDL则明显高于亚健康男性,健康女性与亚健康女性血脂无明显差异;男女各年龄阶段血脂的参考区间也存在不同程度差异。结论长沙市健康及亚健康成人血脂的参考区间在性别、年龄组间是有差异的;建议各实验室的建立该地区参考区间满足临床需要。[Objective] To establish the reference intervals for blood lipids of healthy and sub-healthy adults in Changsha region. [Methods] Blood lipid levels including triglycerides （TG）, cholesterol （TC） and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL） of 3183 healthy and sub-healthy adults hying in Changsha region were tested by Roche Modular PPI Automatic Analyzer. Then the data were analyzed with statistical methods. [Results] First, the obtained reference intervals of TC and HDL were almost the same as present ones except for a significant higher upper limit of TG. Second, the levels of TG were lower, and the levels of HDL were higher in healthy males than in sub-hea!thy males. There was no difference in blood lipids of healthy and sub-healthy females. Finally, there were some differences in the reference intervals of blood lipids of males and females in different age groups. [Conclusions] The blood lipids reference intervals are different in healthy and sub-healthy adults in different sex and age groups. The biological reference intervals should be provided by local laboratory for clinical medicine.
