摘　　要：通过采用文献梳理等方法,着重围绕私募股权资本供给、私募股权有限合伙制度和养老金投资制度进行研究。综述结果发现:国内将养老金投资与私募股权投资机构组织形式进行综合性研究,以及私募股权投资业和养老金制度改革、促进中国经济发展为主题的研究目前非常少。而我国私募股权投资的发展还存在许多问题,所以继续这个领域的研究是非常有意义的。In order to explore the research trends of private equity investment, major international authority journals were taken as basic index, making the references of selected articles as clue to gather as many related literatures as possible, and summarizing the researches in this area. The research course of PE was reviewed and fund - raising for PE was taken as main research target, starting analysis from demand and supply of PE, and a structure of PE supply - PELP - pension fund investment system. Finally, it is concluded that the integrative and systematic research of pension funds and PELP is still blank in China.
