六味地黄汤对大鼠巨噬细胞Ia抗原表达的影响

摘　　要：六味地黄汤能够明显提高正常大鼠腹腔Ｍφ表面Ｉａ抗原表达的阳性率，强度与阳性对照的人参皂甙组相似；该方还能够使ＣＯＲＴ肌肉注射所致“阴虚”模型大鼠ＭφＩａ抗原表达率的抑制得以明显改善。方中三味补药是六味地黄汤促进ＭφＩａ抗原表达的主要成分，三味泻药单用对正常及模型大鼠的ＭφＩａ抗原表达均无直接影响。Liuwei Dihuang Decoction (LWDH) can noticeably increase the rate of Mφ Ia expression in rats. The rate of increase was similar to that in the positive control group treated with Jinseng Saponin. In the rats with yin deficiency due to im. CORT,their Ia expression was suppressed ,while LWDH prescription can also significantly improve the rate of Mφ Ia expression. The three tonic herbs in LWDH prescription were responsible for improving the Mφ Ia expression. The other three purgative herbs had no direct effect on the normal and model rats if used separately, however, if used in combination with the three tonic herbs in the prescription,they can noticeably increase the rate of Mφ Ia expression.
