摘 要:以被动吸烟雄鼠及孕鼠为模型,探讨加味佛手散对红细胞膜流动性及红细胞超微结构的作用。用荧光探剂ANS和DPH分别标记红细胞膜脂的不同区段,观察加味佛手散对红细胞膜流动性的影响,结果显示,除DPH标记的孕鼠红细胞膜流动性外,其它各组模型动物膜脂流动性明显低于相应对照组及用药组(P均<0.01);扫描电镜及透射电镜下异形红细胞数,模型组明显多于对照组及用药组(P均<0.001)。用药组以上各项指标明显改善,而与对照组无明显差异(P均>0.05)。研究结果提示,加味佛手散有保护红细胞正常膜脂流动性及超微结构的作用,从而有利于改善红细胞的变形能力。The effect of Jiaweifoshuosan on erythrocyte membrane fluidity and erythrocyte ultrastructure were studied with male and pregnant rats of passive smoking. The red blood cell membrane fluidity was studied by marking the different domains of red cell membrane with fluorescence probes ANS and DPH. The results indicated that the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in model group were decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.01) and treated group(P<0.01), except the fluidity examined by marking the erythrocyte membrane with fluorescence probe DPH in pregnant rats. The defromed red blood cells under scanning and transmission electron microscopy were more in model group than in control group(P<0.001) and treated group(P<0.001). The data mentioned above were all improved conspicuously in treated group and there were no significant difference between treated and control group(P>0.05). The results suggest that the Jiaweifoshousan has the effects of conserving the normal fluidity of erythrocyte membrane and normal ultrastructure of erythrocyte, thus improving the deformability of red blood cells and increasing the microcirculation perfusion.
