摘 要:低影响开发(Low Impact Development,LID)方法与传统雨洪控制利用方法相比,具有可持续、分散化、节省投资、与场地开发和景观设计相结合等特点,近几年在国外城市雨洪控制利用中得到了迅速发展。系统介绍了LID的内涵、特点以及与传统雨洪控制利用方法的区别,并对LID的技术体系和具体实施方法进行了简要分析。实施LID不但能够减少径流流量,提高径流水质,而且通过采用本地化、生态化、低能耗的雨洪控制利用设施,可实现开发区域可持续水循环。Compared with conventional stormwater and flood control and utilization methods, the low impact development (LID) method has characteristics of sustainment, decentralization, investment saving, combination of site development and landscape design and so on. LID method has been developed in foreign urban stormwater and flood control and utilization in recent years. The concept, characteristics and differences of LID from the conventional methods are introduced, and the technical system and implementation method of LID are analyzed. The LID can reduce runoff flow, improve runoff quality and realize the urban stormwater sustainable development by stormwater and flood control and utilization facilities with localization, ecologicalization and low energy consumption.
