多功能明胶创面膜的实验研究

摘　　要：观察明胶创面膜在Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠实验性不同创面的止血、自体植皮覆盖物及严重感染创面处理中的效果．结果显示，明胶创面膜随形性好，粘附力强，有良好的止血、吸液与保液性，并具有抑菌作用，可制成不同厚度与大小以便携带与应用．该膜经Ｆ２液处理后置３７℃与－４℃条件下存放１２个月后主要性能稳定．明胶创面膜作为大鼠烫伤后的植皮覆盖物效果尤佳，因可减少换药次数，直接往膜上滴加药物。The tests were made on the character of polyfunctional gelatin wound membrane,and on the effect of hemostasis and dressing for the skinautograft on the model of Wistar mice.The results show that the polyfunctional gelatin wound membrane has the effects of bacteriostasis with strong adhesiveness,and goodporosity and absorbing and preserving of the dressing,and polyfunctional gelatin wound membrane of various types is useful for the carrying and using,especially as one of the good dressing for the various autograft of skin seeds.The character of polyfunctional gelatin wound membrane treated with F2 fluid was standing for 12 months at 37℃ or -4℃.It is specially effective for healing in the serious infected wound and chronic ulcer because of saving of the time of dressing and simply using of the drug.
