宫血宁胶囊治疗使用长效皮下埋植避孕剂后阴道流血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察宫血宁胶囊治疗皮下埋植避孕剂引起阴道流血的疗效,探讨阴道流血与受试者血液中内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的相关关系。方法:将80例受试者,随机分为宫血宁组与安慰剂组,比较两组服药前后阴道流血模式的变化;分别采用放免法和比色法测定血清ET和NO水平。结果:以90天为参考期,宫血宁组在服药前、后总流血天数是44.7±3.2天和29.0±2.1天(P<0.05);服药后宫血宁组与安慰剂组总流血天数,分别是29.0±2.1天和43.7±2.8天(P<0.05)。宫血宁组阴道流血停止者,服药前血ET为37.3±2.5pg/ml;继续出血者,服药前血ET为18.8±1.7pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论:服用宫血宁后阴道流血模式得到改善,有利于提高皮埋剂继续使用率。Objective：The effectiveness of Chinese Traditional Medicine Gongxuening in controlling vaginal bleeding of subdermal Implant users was tested in this study. To investigate the relation between vaginal bleeding and the lev- els of blood endothelin（ET） and nitric monoxide （NO） of users using subdermal Implant also. Methods： The 80 users were divided randomized double- blind into two groups （Gongxuening and placebo group）. We analyzed the changes of bleeding patterns after therapy. The levels of ET and NO were analyzed with radioimmunoassay and Griess methods raspectively. Results： The consulting period was 90 days. The total bleeding duration was 29.0±2.1 days and 43.7±2.8 days in Gongxuening group and control group, respectively （ P〈 0.05）. In Gongxuening group, the total bleeding days after therapy was 29.0 ±2.1 days, which short.than baseline 44.7± 3.2 days （ P 〈 0.05）, and the levels of ET before therapy were different. The ET levels （37.3 ± 9.5 pg/ml） of women whose vaginal bleeding stopped was higher than those （ 18.8 ± 3.4 pg/ml） of their vaginal bleeding continued （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The bleeding patterns in subdermal implant users were improved after taking the Gongxuening capsules, which can in- crease the continuation rates.
