摘  要:以荧光金(FG)为顺行示踪剂,经大鼠双侧颈上交感神经节注射后72h,断头取松果腺(浅部)冰冻切片(片厚40μm)。应用抗血管活性肠多肽(VIP)血清及荧光抗血清作免疫荧光组化双重标记,Nikon荧光显微镜观察。结果显示:(1)FG标记纤维广泛分布于松果腺浅部各区域,以被膜及血管周间隙更为明显。(2)VIP单标纤维也较丰富,占FG单标纤维的66%,也以被膜为多。(3)FG/VIP双标纤维却很少,仅占VIP单标纤维的7%。以上结果提示:松果腺内的神经纤维主要来自双侧颈上交感神经节。he purpose of this study is to investigate the direct innervation from superior servical ganglia to pineal gland on rat.Twelve rats were randomly divided into experimental group(10 rets)and control group (2 rats).Fluor Gold(FG) were injected into two sides of superior servical ganglia for each rat of the experimental group. 3 days after injection the pineal gland were removed and 40μm sections were cut with freezing microtome.Using FG tracing combined with immuno-fluorescent histochemical staining,We examined the pineal gland under the Nikon fluorescence microscope.The vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) nerve fibers,FG fibers and VIP/FG bi-tagged fibers were measured for semiquantitative analysis.The result shows:(1)Green fluorescence FG-tagged fibers were numerously displayed in each part of the pineal gland,especially in the capsule and between the blood vessels.(2)Red Fluorescence VIP fibers were less than FG fibers by 2/3,and they mainly located in capsule,only few distributed among the pinealocyte.(3)FG/VIP Bi-tagged fibers were very few,merely about 7% of the VIP fibers.These results indicate that:the innervation of pineal gland is mainly originated from superior servical ganglion directly,including few VIP fibers.On the other hand,many VIP fibers in pineal gland were distributed from other nerves or brain.
