篷盖织物基布及涂层布撕裂性能研究

摘　　要：选用了5种不同的织物组织,以涤纶长丝、锦纶两种原料织成两种不同面密度的篷盖织物。篷盖织物需要进行涂层加工,涂层加工对织物撕裂性能有明显影响。分别对织物涂层前后的撕裂强度进行了测试分析,认为涂层篷盖织物宜选用中厚型基布。Two kinds of covering - use cloth of different surface density are woven with five different fabric structure and by use of two kinds of raw materials of polyester and polyamide filaments, the covering - use eloth needs to be coated which has obviously impacted its tearing performance. The fabric tearing strength before and after coated is also tested respectively. It holds that mid - thick and thick ground cloth is suitable to be used as the covering - use cloth for coating.
