清梳联流程与成卷流程相关质量的控制

摘　　要：成卷流程、清梳联流程的生条检测中存在如下现象,即目光和AFIS检验的结果均表现为前者棉结指标好于后者。通过工艺试验对比、分析表明,采用成卷流程和清梳联流程均可纺出高档次纱线。Carded sliver test in lap forming processing flow and chute feed card processing flow by eye testing and AFIS inspection, usually shows that the index of neps in lap forming processing flow is better than in chute feed card processing. Through comparison and analysis of processing experiments, it indicates that high grade yarn can be spun both by use of lap forming processing flow and by use of chute feed card processing flow.
