摘　　要：为了顺利开发14．6tex70／30有机棉／牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱，确保成纱质量，针对各种纤维的特性，在纺纱过程中采取了相应工艺技术措施。纤维采用开清混合的纺纱工艺；纺纱前，需给牛奶蛋白纤维加湿加油，使牛奶蛋白纤维上机回潮率控制在4．5％～5．5％，生条成条顺利。To develop 14.6tex 70/30 organic cotton/milk protein fibre blended yarn and guarantee the yarn quality, relative processing measures ineluding wetting and offing before blending to keep moisture regain within 4.5% - 5.5% to have smoothly carded slivers formation are adopted based on the properties of the fibers.
