军队医院适应国家医改的思考

摘　　要：随着经济体制改革的不断深化,我国多年不变的医疗保障制度日益变得与市场经济的发展不相适应。在地方实行城镇职工社会医疗保险等多项改革的新形势下,军队医院的管理、建设和发展受到了比较大的冲击和影响。坚持转变观念,强化医保意识;合理控制医疗费用的增长;挖内涵、抓质量、降低成本;保障为军服务。使医院建设有了比较大的发展和进步。Current medical insurance system doesn＇ t gradually fit in with the needs of the market economic. Under the circumstance Of the reform of basic medical insurance of urban employees in local government, military hospital suffered severe impact in management, construction and development. The article introduced the main measures of military hospital coping with this situation, which included changing the sense completel, strengthening the mentality of medical insurance, controlling the medical expenditure rationally, improving the medical quality and lowering the medical cost, guaranteeing the service for the army. All these measures greatly promoted the development and progress of hospital.
