摘　　要：本文阐述了军队卫生统计网络直报必要性和可行性,重点提出网络直报的基本思路、总体目标、建设原则、直报流程、上报内容、硬件环境,以及具体组织实施步骤。The article discussed the necessity and feasibility of on - line report of military health statistics. The author stressed on the train of.basic thoughts, general goals, building principles, report flow path and content, hardware environment as well as implement steps.
