摘　　要：介绍了美国Vicor公司零电流、零电压软开关技术的模块电源,功率密度高,效率高,性能可靠。列举V1-200系列产品的部分型号及主要参数。对Vicor模块电源进行二次开发可快捷适用于医疗器械,举出三个应用的例子。This article presents the soft-switching technology of zero current and zero voltage of the Vicor Corporation in the United States.This technology is of high power density,high efficiency and reliable performance.Some models of V1-200 series and their main parameters are listed.Three examples for application show that the secondary development of Vicor power module can be quickly used in medical devices.
