摘　　要：针对金方圆公司生产的母排冲孔机进行了描述,对该机床的概述、0i Mate系统的构成与应用以及功能等方面进行了深入细致地分析与研究,通过机电联调,该机床达到了预期效果,大大提升了企业竞争力。This thesis targets at the numerical reformation about bus bar punching machine.From the selection of numerical system,the selection of the design of long and cross feed motor to the device of electrical control system,the writer makes a detailed research and an analysis.The mechanical and electrical adjustment proves to attain the expectation effect,which meets the demand of medium and small-sized enterprises to part of complex shape and high precision and promotes considerably their competitiveness.
