摘　　要：针对电筒筒身拉线机需要人工送料、脱料和意外情况下不会自动停机的情况,介绍了应用气动和PLC技术对电筒筒身拉线机进行自动化改造的办法,并在实际应用中取得良好效果。Aiming at the situation that the flashlight body wire-drawing machine needs someone give work pieces and put them off and can not stop voluntarily in the contingency,the text introduces the way to automate the flashlight body wire-drawing machine with the pneumatic and PLC technology,and obtained the good effect in the practical application.
