摘　　要：目的：比较中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊核糖体ＤＮＡ（ｒＤＮＡ）内转录间隔２区（ＩＴＳ２）序列差异。方法：通过对ＰＣＲ扩增的ｒＤＮＡＩＴＳ２片段进行克隆测序，每种蚊测定３个克隆片段序列，比较其差异。结果：中华按蚊和嗜人按蚊的ｒＤＮＡＩＴＳ２序列长度分别为４６８和４５２ｂｐ，ＧＣ含量分别为４４．８７％和４９．１２％，两者序列差异为２８．８％。Objective: To compare the sequence difference of the ribosomal DNA second internal transcribed spacer (ITS2) between the mosquito Anopheles sinensis and Anopheles anthropophagus. Methods: The PCR amplified rDNA ITS2 sequences were cloned and sequenced for both species. Results: The length of ITS2 region was 468 bp in An. sinensis and 452 bp in An. anthropophagus. GC contents were 44.87% and 4912%, respectively. Two species differed by 28.8% in the ITS2 sequences. Conclusion: The sequence difference of the rDNA ITS2 would be useful for the developing a molecular approach to distinguish An. sinensis and An. anthropophagus.
