舍蝇幼虫金属硫蛋白的提取和测定

摘　　要：金属硫蛋白是富含半胱氨酸的低分子金属蛋白质。采用高速离心和凝胶过滤法从舍蝇幼虫体内分离出金属硫蛋白，用银饱和分析法进行了测定。每克舍蝇幼虫中约含金属硫蛋白０８ｍｇ。结果提示，舍蝇可以用于提取有实用价值的金属硫蛋白。Metallothionein(MT) is a group of metal binding protein with low molecular weight rich of cystem.The MT was isolated from musca domestica vicina MDVL larvae by supercentrifugation and gel filtration,and then determined by silver saturation method.The amount of MT was 08mg in gram of MDVL The results indicated that MODL could be used to extract the valuable MT,and could provide a useful reference for exploring its mechanism of antiinsecticides and anti-aging.
