表面脱钙骨基质明胶修复长骨骨缺损9例报告

摘　　要：采用表面脱钙骨基质明胶（ＳＤＢＭＧ）移植治疗长骨大块骨缺损９例，结果，除１例因适应证选择不当而失败外，其它８例均得到治愈，患健肢等长。说明ＳＤＢＭＧ具有良好的成骨作用和可靠的生物力学性能，是修复长骨大块骨缺损的理想移植材料，可作为自体骨合适的替代材料推广使用。Allogenic surface demineralized bone matrix gelatin(SDBMG) was used clinically to fill segmental defects of long bones in 9 cases. The results showed that bone union took place and the length of the affected limb was same as healthy side in 8 cases, failure happened in 1 case with bone abscess. Having an excellent osteogenesis and enough biomechanical strength, SDBMG has been proved to be an ideal graft for repairing the segmental defects in long bone, and recommended to use as a suitable alternative for autograft of bone. But it must be cautious to graft SDBMG into the acute infective defect.
