摘　　要：目的总结激光治疗婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤及静脉畸形不良反应的处理方法,探讨有效的预防护理措施。方法回顾性分析87例要幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤及静脉畸形行激光治疗出现不良反应的临床资料。结果激光治疗婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤及静脉畸形出现的不良反应经过适当的护理均可得到有效地控制。结论有针对性的选择处理方法和护理措施,可有效提高激光治疗婴幼儿口腔颌面部血管瘤及静脉畸形的疗效,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To summarize the method and the effectively preventive measures of laser therapy for infants with hemangioma and venous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region. Methods In this retrospective study, we analyzed the clinical data of 87 infants with hemangioma and venous malformations in oral and maxillofacial region, who suffered from adverse reations after laser therapy. Results The adverse reactions of laser therapy for infants with hemangioma and venous malformations could be effectively controlled through appropriate nursing care . Conclusion Individualized treatments and nursing measures could effectively reduce the adverse reactions after laser therapy for infants with hemangiomas and venous malformations, and improve the curative effects.
