基于NANDFLASH的ASIXOSII文件系统的设计

摘　　要：文中论述在嵌入式系统中建立文件系统的重要性，采用东南大学自主研发的SEP3203作为主芯片。提出将FAT16文件系统应用于嵌入式操作系统ASIXOSII的方案，提供了ASIXOSII的API接口，便于移植。并对通用FAT文件系统应用于嵌入式设备的不稳定性进行改进，提出改进措施提高文件系统用于NANDHASH的使用寿命。Due to the increasingly growing importance of improving the file system on complex embedded system, the paper presents a proposal that applies the FAT16 filing system to embedded operating system ASIX OSIIwhich is easy for transplantation. The system adopts the SEP3203 processor which is developed by Southeast University as the main chip. Some improvements are proposed, compared with the conventional FAT file system, to promote the stability and to elongate the length of life expectancy of NAND FLASH.
