健康和病理情况下成人血清脂质过氧化物的浓度

摘　　要：目的：研究健康和病理情况下成人血清脂质过氧化物的浓度。方法：用改良荧光法对南京地区３４４例健康成人和１３９例住院患者的血清脂质过氧化物浓度进行测定。结果：健康成人血清脂质过氧化物参考值为０．７８μｍｏｌ·Ｌ－１（以丙二醛表示），其中男性和女性的高年龄组血清丙二醛水平显著高于低年龄组（Ｐ＜０．０５），男性显著高于女性（Ｐ＜０．０５）。病理情况下的成人血清脂质过氧化物水平显著高于健康成人（Ｐ＜０．００１～Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：血清脂质过氧化物水平升高是一非特异性指标。Objective:It studies the reference value for serum lipoperoxide from the healthy adults and investigates the serum lipoperoxide levels from patients.Method:We tested lipoperoxide concentrations by the modified fluorometric method in serum from the blood donors and the hospilatized patients.Results:The reference value for serum lipoperoxide obtained from 344 healthy adults,by the modified method,is 0.78μmol·L-1(s=0.21)(expressed as malondialdehyde).It has been found that concentrations were far higher in males than in females(P<0.05).The old have higher values than the young(P<0.05).It has been tested that concentrations were far higher measured in patients with cancer(P<0.001),with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(P<0.001),with renal insufficiency(P<0.05),with diabets(P<0.001) and with pancreatitis(P<0.001).Conclusion:The reference value for serum lipoperoxide obtained by the modified method is good agreement with the results by the HPLC method.The higher levels of lipoperoxide in serum were found in many pathological conditions.
