新型非口服激素避孕方式的研究进展

摘　　要：为改善女性对避孕措施的依从性和满意度,各类非口服激素避孕方式不断更新和完善。新开发的经皮避孕贴片使用方便而有效;新型避孕注射针减少了单孕激素对骨密度的潜在影响,更为安全耐受;单根皮下埋植剂避孕效果好,放置和取出更为方便且取出后很快可恢复生育能力;阴道避孕环操作简单,不良反应发生率低。这些新的非口服激素避孕方式为不愿每日口服激素避孕的女性提供更多的选择。In order to improve the compliance and satisfaction of women on contraceptive methods, various kinds of non-oral hormone contraception have been renovated and improved continuously. The transdermal contraceptive patch developed newly is convenient and effective, the new type of contraceptive injection is safer and more tolerant with its lower potential impacts on bone density caused by simple progesterone, the single subcutaneous contraceptive implant is more effective with its convenient placement and removal even the quick recovery for fertility after its removal; and the contraceptive vaginal ring is widely used for its convenient operation and lower incidence of adverse effects. These new non-oral hormone contraceptive methods provide more flexible choices for women who don＇t want to use daily oral hormone contraceptives.
