摘 要:探讨组织胺在紫外线(UV)激活纤溶系统(FS)效应中的作用.方法:将14只健康成年犬随机分成3组,UV组和UV+bufrolin(组织胺释放抑制剂)组(各5只犬)行全光谱UV20cm×20cm,447.72mJ/cm2照射胸腹部1次,UV+bufrolin组对UV辐射区皮肤预先局部给予bufrolin;空白组(4只犬)不行UV照射,作对照用.观察3组UV照射后48h内辐射区皮肤组织内组织胺水平及血纤溶酶原激活物(PA)活性的动态变化.结果:UV组在UV照后3h血PA活性明显增高,照后9h达其峰值;辐射区皮肤组织组织胺浓度UV照后9h明显升高,其峰值约在UV照后15h;局部皮肤预先给予bufrolin后,UV+bufrolin组UV照射区皮肤组织内组织胺浓度升高不明显,血PA活性仍明显增高.结论:组织胺可能并不参与UV上调FS活性的作用.Aim: To study possible role of histamine in upregulation of fibrionlytic system (FS) by full-spectrum ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Methods: Fourteen normal healthyadult dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups. Both UVand UV+bufrolin-groups (each n=5) were treated by single 20 cm×20 cm, 447. 72 mJ/cm2 full-spectrum UV radiation on thoracoabdominal skins, UV + bufrolin-group wereadministered 400 mg bufrolin into local skins to be irradiated immediately before UV radiation,and control-group (n=4 ) got neither UV- nor bufrolin-treatment. During 48 hpostirradiation histamine concentrations in suction blisterfluid from UV-irradiated skins and plasma tissue plasminogen activator (PA) activity were assayed dynamically. Results: Plasma PA activity of UV-group significantly increased at 3 h postirradiation (P<0.01), with peak at 9 hafter irradiation;histamine levels in suction blisters markedly increased at 9 h postirradiation (P<0.01), with peaklevels at 15 h after irradiation,and relationship between histamine levels and PA activity was not noted (P>0. 05). InUV + bufrolin-group, however, plasma PA activity timecourse had the same characteristic as UV-group (P >0. 05), although histamine levels had no marked changesbecause of bufrolin administrations pre-UV irradiation.Conclusion: Histamine might not be involved in up-regulation of fibrinolytic activity by full-spectrum UV irradiation.
