摘　　要：目的对血清乙醇测定试剂盒进行初步评价,以便临床应用。方法用BTS-310半自动生化分析仪上测定乙醇试剂盒的线性、回收率、精密度。结果线性0～60mmol/L,回收率95%～102%,精密度日内CV:1.7%,日间CV:4.2%。测定8例急诊患者,6例考虑为急性酒精中毒。结论本方法准确、精密、简易、快速,可用于临床实验室测定乙醇,在急慢性酒精中毒性疾病的诊断及治疗中具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the determination of alcoholin serum kit for clinical use. Methods The linear,rate of recovery and precision of the kit was examinedon BTS-310 semi-auto analyser. Results Linear arrange 0-60 mmol/L,rate of recovery 95% -102% ,precision CV：1. 7% CV ：4. 2%. Eight patients of emergeney treatment were examined, among them , six were enonsidered to be acute alcohol toxicosis, Conclusion The method is accruate, precise, easy and fast,it can be used for the clinical determination of alcohol. It has important significance on the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic alcohol toxicosis.
