摘　　要：目的探讨神经根内外减压治疗下腰椎神经根通道狭窄症的临床疗效。方法对67例下腰椎神经根通道狭窄，伴严重肢端麻木和剧烈的根性疼痛患者，在行神经根通道扩大减压的同时，沿神经根背侧纵行切开3～5mm行神经根内减压术，所有患者获得平均21．7月随访，采用改良Nakai等级标准评定疗效。结果优56例，良11例，优良率达92．5％。结论神经根内外减压具有减压彻底、根性痛缓解快、神经功能恢复快等优点，是治疗下腰段神经根通道狭窄症的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of lower lumbar nerve root port stenosis with exterior and interior decompression of nerve root. Methods 67 consecutive patients who fell ill in lower lumbar nerve root port stenosis with severe acroanesthesia and root pain underwent exterior and interior decompression of nerve root. the average follow-up time was 3 1.5 months. The therapeutic effects were analyzed by the standard of improved Nakai Classification and evaluation, and evaluation. Results 56 cases gained excellent resh, 11 cases gained good reslt,The excellent and good rate of therapeutic effects was 92. 5% in all cases. Conclusion Exterior and interior decompression of nerve root had the merts of thorough decompression, root pain swiftly relieved and nerve function swiftly recoveried, which is an elective approach for treatment of lower lumbar nerve root port stenosis.
