葛根素治疗突发性耳聋疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨葛根素治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法选择120例突发性耳聋患者随机选用葛根素治疗70例;低分子右旋糖酐加川芎嗪治疗50例,对两组疗效进行分析对比。结果葛根素治疗组总有效率90.0%,低分子右旋糖酐加川芎嗪治疗组总有效率78.0%。结论葛根素治疗突发性耳聋疗效满意,安全可靠,无毒副作用。对伴眩晕患者有一定疗效。Objective To approach curative effect analysis kakkonein injection for sudden heating loss and to evaluate its outcome. Methods 120 cases of sudden deafness in patients with the treatment,70 patients treated with kakkonein were compared to 50 patients with low molecular dextran injection. Results Kakkonein injection improving rate was 90. 1%. Low molecular dextran injection improving rate was 78.0%. Conclusion Kakkonein injection can be used as an option in the clinical treatment of sudden heating loss. efficacy of the treatment of sudden deafness satisfied, secure, reliable, non-toxic side effects. Of patients with vertigo have a certain effect.
