免疫层析法用于表面抗原检测

摘　　要：目的：建立一种更方便、快速、安全的检验血清HBsAg的手段。方法：采用胶体金免疫层析分析方法。结果：检测临床及血库血清样品189例，与酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）对照比较，二者检测符合率为98．9％，检测灵敏度可达5μg／L以下。结论：该方法检测灵敏度、特异性等指标已接近ELISA水平，并且检测操作更方便、快速，有希望发展成为一种新的临床检测方法。Objective:To develop a methed to detect serum HBsAg which was more simple.rapid and safe.Metheds:Colloidal gold immunochromatography was selected selected. Results: In detecting 189 serum sapmles fromclinic and blood bank, this method had a coincidence rate of 98. 9% with ELISA. Detection sensitivity couldreach 5μg/L or even lower. Conclusion: The detection sensitivity and sepecificity by this method approach thoseby ELISA and it could be developed to be a new clinical detecting method because of its simpleness and rapidness in operation.
