磷酸萘酚喹治疗疟疾的疗效观察

摘　　要：用磷酸萘酚喹片，总量1000mg两日分服和60091次顿服在抗氯喹恶性疟流行区治疗恶性疟、间日疟各42例和45例，临床治愈率达97．6—100％，退热时间、疟原虫转阴时间恶性疟为25．0±12．3h、51．4±10．4h，间日疟为23．3±8．3h、47．1±6．5h，28d无复燃。In Mengla County, an endethec area of high anti-chloroquine, naphthoquine phosphate tablet was givenorally to 42 falciparum malaria cases (1000 mg in 2 days) and 45 vivax malaria cases (a single dose of 600mg). The results showed that the clinic cure rates reached 97. 6-100％, the mean fever-clearance time andparasite-clearance time were 25.0±12. 3 h and 51. 4±10. 4 h for falciparum rnalaria but 23. 3±8. 3 h and 47.1±6. 5 h for vivax malaria cases. There were no recrudescence found in 28 days.
