摘 要:山东省丝虫病基本消灭后,为探讨防治后期流行动态及阻断传播,以达到消灭丝虫病,对原丝虫病流行区人群进行了病原学、蚊媒和血清学等后期监测。结果横向监测1—11年均可检出微丝蚴血症者,微丝蚴率由0.134%降至0.002%,第12—22年共监测714个乡镇,4317个村,血检1430354人,分别占流行乡镇数、村数和人口数的73.8%、11.7%和5.0%,未检出微丝蚴血症者;解剖淡色库蚊274067只,未查出含人体幼丝虫感染蚊;血清学监测IFAT和IgG.阳性率分别为1.4%和0.43%。纵向监测连续10年观察,微丝蚴阳性村于第2—9年降为0,蚊虫自然感染率至第6年降为0,实现了全省消灭丝虫病目标。ross-sectional surveil1ance on aetiology, vector mosquito and serology were rnade fr0m 1975 after filariasis had ben basically eliminated in Shangdong Province. The results showed that microfilarewha could stillbe detected out and the microfilaria rate decreased from 0. 134% to 0. 002% in 1-11 years after the filariasishasically eliminated. But no microfilaremia were found among 143O354 persons (73. 8% of the total population) in 4317 villages (5. 0% of the total), 714 townships(11. 7% of the totdl) in 12-22 years after the disease basically eliminated. From 1987-1996,274067 Culex pipiens pallens were dissected but no human filarialarva were detected. The positive rates of IFAT and IgG4 were 1. 49% and O. 43%. Longitudinal surveillancefor soccessive 10 years showed that villages with positive ndcrofilaredria dropped to 0 in 2-9 years, whilenatural infection rate of vector mosquito dropped to 0 in 6 years after the discase basical1y elihanated. The results of surveillance indicated that the filariasis in Sllangdorg Province had reached the criterion of filariasiseradication.
