地奥司明片改善痔术后肛缘水肿与疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：评估微粒化地奥司明片缓解痔术后患者肛缘水肿和疼痛症状的效果。选择痔术后水肿患者50例，随机分为治疗组25例和对照组25例。治疗组患者给予口服微粒化地奥司明片，2次／d，3片／次，连续应用4d，然后改为每日2次，2片／次，连续应用3d，同时用PP液坐浴、马应龙麝香痔疮膏换药。对照组仅使用PP液坐浴和马应龙麝香痔疮膏换药。治疗前对患者均进行疼痛及肛门肿胀程度的评价，治疗后第4天、第7天对患者的疼痛和肛门水肿的临床症状和体征进行评分。结果显示，痔术后患者疼痛与肿胀显效率，治疗组优于对照组（88％VS64％，80％VS52％，P〈0．05）。结果表明，地奥司明片在消除痔术后水肿和减轻疼痛方面效果可靠。Fifty patients with postoperative perianal edema were randomized into two groups. The study group（ n =25） received oral diosming tablets（3 tablets/time, bid for 4 days;then 2 tablets/time, bid for 3 days） plus pp sitz bath and Mayinglong ointment for hemorrhoids;and patients in the controlled group（ n =25） received PP stitz bath and Mayinglong ointment for hemorrhoids only. Scores based on the clinical symptoms ＆ signs were observed at the postoperative day 4 and 7. As results, the marked improvement rate of pain and edema in the study and control groups was 88% vs 64% and 80% vs 52% ,respectively（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that diosming tablet is of reliable therapeutic efficacy for perianal pain and edema after anal surgical operations.
