电视机前壳的注射模具设计

摘　　要：从电视机前壳面板成型的工艺性和模具制造的方便与精确性考虑,设计了合理的注射模具结构,其中包括多镶块组合凸模形式、侧向抽芯机构、冷却系统布置和排气系统设计,并指出了本设计的几个特色。Based on the molding technology capability of front shell of TV set and the convenience and accuracy of mold manufacture, a reasonable mold structure was discussed and designed, including multi-embedded lump combined punch form, side corepulling mechanism, layout of cooling system and design of venting system. Then several features of the design were introduced.
