摘 要:比较了某体育馆屋盖空间异型钢管相贯节点的承载力分析方法,并对该节点提出了设计建议。在通过非线性数值模拟确定节点承载力和破坏形式的基础之上,将其简化为4种类型基本节点并采用规范公式进行承载力计算,最后由足尺试验验证。结果表明:主管壁上的应力发展很不均匀;节点的破坏为受拉支管发生过度变形的破坏形式,应增加其有效受力面积以提高节点承载力。通过结果对比,说明运用数值模拟方法确定异型相贯节点的工作性能和极限承载力是一种有效的方法。Based on the compare of the ultimate capacity analytical method of the circular tubular joint in the gymnasium roof, the exact method and the design advice were pointed out. The non-linearity numerical simulation and the calculation according to the criterion focused on the ultimate capacity and the failure pattern, which is validated by the full-scale experiment. The joint was divided into four kinds of basic joints as the calculation model. The result indicates that the stress non-homogeneity of the main pipe is notable, and the breakage is due to the excess transform of the tension brace members whose area should be increased. It is found that the numerical simulation is an effective method to make sure of the working performance and the ultimate capacity.
