摘  要:通过碳纤维片材(CFRP)加固钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)切口三点弯曲梁的试验,重点研究钢纤维体积率(φf)对CFRP与SFRC粘结性能的影响。结果表明,钢纤维的加入可以显著改善混凝土基体与CFRP的粘结性能;随着φf的增加,加固梁承载能力和峰值荷载呈现增加趋势,CFRP与SFRC之间极限粘结力和CFRP应力水平也有不同程度的提高。最后建立了考虑钢纤维并与普通混凝土计算方法相衔接的CFRP片材与SFRC的极限粘结力的计算公式。Through three points bending test on notched steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) beam rehabilitated by externally bonded CFRP, the influence of steel fiber volume fraction (ψf) on the bond performance between CFRP and SFRC were studied. The results show that: the addition of steel fiber can significantly improve the bond behavior between CFRP and concrete; Load beating capacity of SFRC beam and its corresponding deflection and bond strength between CFRP and SFRC and maximum stress level of CFRP increase with the increase of ψf. Based on the experimental data, formulas for calculating the ultimate bond strength between CFRP and SFRC are proposed, which are in correspondence with the calculation of the ultimate bond strength between CFRP and concrete.
