摘　　要：针对企业系统安全成本的非线性特征,利用非线性优化理论,结合道格拉斯生产函数模型,建立了企业安全成本优化控制模型。利用Matlab优化工具箱的Fmincon函数对某钢铁企业的安全成本进行实证分析和仿真,结果表明安全成本和事故损失较平均水平均有下降,说明了该模型的有效性。Aiming at the nonlinear characteristic of enterprise safety cost, according to the nonlinear theory and combining with the Cobb-Douglas function, an optimization control model of enterprise safety cost was presented. By the Fmincon function from the optimization box of Matlab, the model was applied to the research on the safety cost of a certain steel ＆ iron enterprise. The result of simulation test proves the satiety cost and the accident loss all can be reduced in comparison to the average level. It proves the validity of this model.
