摘　　要：针对高校学科馆员制度实施过程中出现的问题,指出高校学科馆员制度突破"瓶颈"应从提高学科馆员综合素质,创新学科馆员服务模式,完善学科馆员管理模式等方面开展工作。参考文献9。Aiming at the problems in the implementation of the subject librarian system in academic libraries, this paper points out that the bottleneck breakthrough of the subject librarian system in academic libraries should do the following works such as improving the comprehensive quality, innovating the service model and perfecting the management model of subject librarian and so on. 9 refs.
