摘　　要：通过统计我国"学科馆员"制度建设研究的发文量,分别从年度发文量、期刊发文量、作者发文量、机构发文量等方面分析它们的特点。通过观察理论与实践的现状,认为理论体系已基本成熟,今后应减少理论研究,加强制度实施;采用挂靠信息部的管理模式,发挥人才优势和提高服务效率;公共图书馆和科研院所更有必要建立学科馆员制。参考文献11。Through a statistial analysis of papers on subject librarian system construction research in China, this article discusses the characteristics from annual papers quantity, periodical papers quantity, authors＇ papers quantity and author affiliations＇ papers quantity and soon. It thinks that theory system has been mature and we should reduce theory research and strengthen system implementation. Finally it points out that it is more necessary to establish subject librarian system in public libraries and scientific research institutions. 11 refs.
