摘  要:采用计算机数值模拟技术对金属型重力铸造生产过程的状态进行分析,研究了铸件收缩缺陷的位置、大小、形状的分布规律,确定了浇冒口参数并讨论了浇冒口与收缩缺陷位置的关系。模拟结果与实际生产结果相吻合,能够在保证铸件质量的前提下,节约金属材料,降低铸造成本。According to feeding and gating system designing theories, cast feeding principle and production experience, the casting process of metal mold gravity casting was analyzed by means of the technique of computer numerical simulation, the distribution rule of place, size and shape of shrinkage defects were studied, the feeder's parameters were determined, and the relationship between position of feeder and shrinkage defects was also discussed. The designing of the feeding system directly affects the product's quality and productivity. The simulation results are in good agreement with that of the practical production, which can save metallic material and reduce casting cost under the precondition of guaranteeing the castings quality.
