缸体生产选用球墨生铁的几点意见

摘　　要：论述了生铁对灰铸铁缸体组织及性能的影响以及生产灰铸铁缸体时如何选用生铁。经验表明,配料时选用石墨形态接近灰铸铁片状石墨的球墨生铁(Q10、Q12)作为其配料的主要材料,能很好的解决生铁中粗大过共晶石墨的遗传性,避免缸筒壁出现黑点类缺陷,以及减少缸体的裂纹倾向等质量问题,获得石墨形态较为理想的灰铸铁,确保缸体的耐磨性和良好的使用性能。The effect of pig iron on structure and performance of the cylinder block, and how to select pig iron were discussed. The experience indicates that, if ductile cast iron （Q10, Q12） , of which graphite shape is close to the flaky graphite of gray iron, is chosen as main material of batching, heredity of coarse hyper-eutectic graphite can be solved, sunspot flaw and crack tendency of cylinder block wall can be avoided and reduced, gray iron with more ideal graphite shape can be obtain, wear resistance and good service performance can be guaranteed.
