摘　　要：结合企业生产实际,对垂直分型无箱射压造型线设计时的金属液运行、型砂处理系统及吃砂量等方面的问题进行了分析,指出要综合考虑并正确处理这些问题,才能保证射压线正常、安全地工作。Combined with production practice, the existent problems of melt supply, sand preparation system and mold thickness were investigated in the design of vertical parting flaskless shoot squeeze molding line. Comprehensive considerations of those factors are the key to the normal operation of the molding line.
