高原地区257例心律失常临床分析

摘　　要：笔者对1986年4月至1993年12月在住院的257例心律失常病历进行统计分析，结果257例中，房颤（Af）检出率最高，共59例（22．96％），窦性心动过缓次之，52例（20．23％）。各种早搏49例（19．07％），阵发性室上速（PSVT）48例（18．68％），分别居第三和第四。257例经各种治疗后共转复89例，转复率为34．63％，好转147例，好转率57．198％，无效21例（8．17％）。其中死亡5例，病死率1．92％。257 cases of arrhythmia in-patients were counted (Apr. 1986 ~ Dec. 1993 ) and analysed. The results show: Among 257 cases, atrial fibrillation has the highest detectable rate 22. 96% (59 cases ), sinusbradycardia 20. 23% (52 cases ), differentkinds of proiosystole 19.07% (49 cases)andsupraventricular paroxysmal tachycardia18. 68% (48 cases). After different kinds oftreatment, 89 cases were recovered, recoveryratio is 34. 63%; 147 cases were improved(57. 98%); 21 cases were inefficacy (8.17 % ) ; death 5 cases,fetality rate is 1. 92 %.
